A concentrated cleaner for boiling out stainless steel fryers.
COMMERCIAL USE ONLY
Drain all oil and food particles from fryer.
Fill the fryer about ¾ full with warm water.
Add 225 g (8 ozs) of this product slowly and let the water boil.
Let simmer 15 - 20 minutes. Drain the solution from fryer. Rinse out all residue.
Neutralize with a solution of vinegar and water.
This product contains caustic soda. Avoid prolonged and repeated contact with aluminum.
