The government of BC, along with EquipCare BC is now offering supplemental funding for BC’s publicly-funded assisted living facilities and long-term care facilities. The offer comes as part of the government’s climate action initiatives and offers $300 per publicly-funded bed on equipment used to mitigate our changing climate.

Supplemental Funding available for BC Publicly-funded Assisted Living Facilities

If you run a publicly-funded assisted living care home in British Columbia, you could be eligible for supplemental funding for the following types of equipment:

• Air Quality Equipment
• Temperature Control Equipment
• Water Quality Equipment
• Emergency Management Preparation Equipment
• Energy Reduction Measures Equipment
