COMMERCIAL & FOOD PLANT USE
Pre-flush thoroughly with clean water. Dilute product using 2 mL/litre (1/3 oz/gallon) of water at 60°-70°C. A higher concentration is required for hard water areas. Circulate above solution in tank and through lines for 8-12 minutes, brush all parts not coming in contact with detergent solution. Rinse thoroughly with potable water to remove all detergent solution. Just before processing, sanitize tank and pipelines by circulating 200 ppm chlorine solution. Drain completely.
The Agri-Food Safety Division, Agriculture Canada has no objection to the use of this product in food plants when used according to label directions.
